I find inspiration in the beauty of the seemingly mundane, the human form, and the intricate elements of nature. Using classical media such as graphite, charcoal, ink, acrylic, and oils, I seek to depict the world we inhabit and create a connection with the viewer.

The process is fueled by an inner need, driven by emotions rather than cerebral thinking. I believe that when I hold the reins lightly and listen to internal criticism with compassion, the possibilities for my work expand. It is in this state of openness and surrender that a power beyond me can shine through.
